Booking Policy
Packages: The minimum rental (up to 75 guests) is 2 hours run time. Each package includes set-up and take down of equipment, Booth Concierge attendant, digital videos shared with guests through QR code, SMS and email.
Additional time requested at an event: $150/hr to be paid via EMT at time of request. For additional add-ons and service requests, please contact: rockreflections@yahoo.com

​Service Area: Rock Reflections services a 40 km radius. For areas outside of service area, please contact for additional information.
Deposit: A Non-Refundable deposit of $100 is due for private events if event is more than 30 days away. Payment is due upon booking for events 30 days or less. Full payment is due 30 days prior to event.
Corporate clients: A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Balance is due 7 days prior to event.
Booking time change: A one time request for a change of time once an event is booked can be accommodated
Cancellation: A non-refundable deposit of $100 for events cancelled more than 14 days in advance. Non refundable amount of 50% of the package price for events cancelled with 14 days or more notice. Events within a 14 day period will not be refunded. An event can be rescheduled one time 14 or more days in advance with written notice, provided there is availability for the requested date.
Event Venue: Rock Reflections requires a minimum of 60 minute lead time access to the event venue for equipment set up. If you require set up prior to this, a fee of $50 per hour “non operational” rate will be required. A space of 10 x 10 square feet is required for safe and effective usage of the booth. Access to 110V, 3 prong power outlet. Reliable access to Internet and wifi. Outside venues can only be guaranteed if weather permits. Clients must provide a clean and dry, level area with access to power. Provider reserves the right to remove equipment in the event of weather conditions.
Damage to Equipment: The client is responsible for loss or damage to equipment by client or guests. Rock Reflections reserves the right to refuse use of equipment to client’s guests, either invited or uninvited for misuse, inappropriate photos, intoxication, unsafe and/or unruly behavior.
Media Release: Client agrees to, and understands that all guests using the photo booth/studio or other equipment give Rock Reflections the right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of any user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. The client discharges and agrees to hold harmless Rock Reflections from any liability that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
