Our fully digital iPad selfie station, with the option for portable roaming, is perfect for larger parties. Create lasting memories with unlimited digital pics, special effects, customized overlay design, backdrop, professional lighting, and Booth Concierge included in the package. Cancellation Policy

Policies Rock Reflections NL 360 photo booth minimum booking is the 2 hour New York Package at a cost of $550. For larger events with more than 50 guests, we recommend a premium package. Each package includes set-up and take down of equipment, Booth Concierge attendant, digital photos available through QR code, SMS and email, prop kit, professional lighting, safety stanchions. Premium packages include add ons such as extra prop kits, bubble machine, custom backdrops, and red carpet. These can be added to the 2 hr package for a fee. Additional hours can be added to premium packages. New York, Hollywood and Paris Packages booking requires full payment of event. Dubai Package can be paid in 3 equal instalments if event is 3 months or more in advance of booking. Cancellation: Events cancelled with 30 days notice require a $100 non-refundable service fee. For events cancelled between 14 and 29 days, a 50% service fee is required. Events cancelled less than 14 days cannot be canceled or refunded however an event can be rescheduled 14 or more days in advance with written notice, provided there is availability for the requested date. Extra Time on Site: If a client requests extra time on the day of the event and has purchased the 2hr or 3hr package, the rate is $200 per hour. The rate is $150 per hour if the client has purchased the 4hr package. This payment is due immediately upon request to the Booth Concierge via EMT, Square Payment (Visa, Mastercard or Interac). Event Venue: Rock Reflections requires 60 minute lead time access to the event venue for equipment set up. If you require set up prior to this, a fee of $75 per hour “non operational” rate will be required. A space of 10 square feet is required for safe and effective usage of the booth. Access to 110V, 3 prong power outlet. Reliable access to Internet and wifi. Outside venues can only be guaranteed if weather permits. Clients must provide a clean and dry, level area with access to power. Provider reserves the right to remove equipment in the event of weather conditions. Damage to Equipment: The client is responsible for loss or damage to equipment by Client or guests. Rock Reflections reserves the right to refuse use of equipment to client’s guests, either invited or uninvited for misuse, inappropriate photos, and or unruly behavior. Media Release: Client agrees to, and understands that all guests using the photo booth/studio or other equipment give Rock Reflections the right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of any user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. The client discharges and agrees to hold harmless Rock Reflections from any liability that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
